Journal of Indentureship and its Legacies

The Journal of Indentureship and its Legacies, published by Pluto Journals, exists to create a unique and unprecedented academic space where the study of indentureship, as a distinct form of unfree labour, can be analysed in all its forms. The Journal has been peer reviewed and will be published semi-annually. No such Journal currently exists anywhere in the world, in spite of the critical importance of indentureship to world history. It is led by academics Professor David Dabydeen, Dr Maria del Pilar Kaladeen and Professor Amar Wahab. To receive updates relating to the progress of this journal, you can follow Journal of Indentureship Studies on Twitter, or become a member of the Ameena Gafoor Institute.

The Journal of Indentureship and its Legacies is an Open Access journal is available on ScienceOpen.
